I have been taking my family members for over 7 years, and I love Delia's work, my family members are happy to see her and the rest of the ladies. I drive from East Orange to get them bath and trimmed (more like full cuts). They honestly know when I turn down certain street where they are going and they get completely crazy jumping around and barking - the can not wait to get out of the car. So my experience with this spa is much different then others it has always been a pleasurable one. So maybe you try for yourself.
My little Ollie love it here. Always a great job, and more important he is always happy after getting groomed here unlike other places I've been too. I won't go anywhere else but here. Thank you for a great job.
They are a horrible place, they made my dog aggressive because of the way they treated him, took them 7 hours to groom a 12 pound dog, they gave him an ear infection because they didn't properly clean his ears. They also said that my dog used to bite them , but it's funny how he doesn't bite anyone at the new groomers that he goes to. The owner is very nasty and rude, don't even deserve 1 star!
Melissa (the owner) is hands down best groomer I’ve ever met. My German Shepherd LOVES her. She does an amazing job every time I bring him. I’ve been going to her since he was a puppy. (Now 7). Anyone with a bad review is just picky or knows nothing about anything!
After reading those first two, one star reviews I was compelled to write my own; I'm not sure how long we've been taking our dogs to Bath and Biscuit, but its been over 10 years, probably more like 15 years! That should say it all and then some. Sorta makes me think its not the people at Bath and Biscuit, but some of the clients who are the issue.
