I called the post office to find out why I wasn't receiving mail. The "supervisor" asked if I put a hold on it. I replied that if I put a hold on I would KNOW WHY I wasn't getting mail! after a week I got my mail, with all kinds of markings that it was being held. then I saw the request: by another resident who lived on another block with a name totally different. The only similarity was our house number. They are the absolute worst post office. Not my first problem!!
The employees simply do not care. They left me on hold for over 15 minutes. Then didnt pick up and after a third time, said they would call me back which they didnt. This place sucks
The only redeeming quality about this post office is the self-serve kiosk. The employees in this location are the most nasty, unhelpful, rude staff I have ever run across. The mail service is awful....mail is lost regularly, the postmaster does not care and will just give the run around if there is a problem.
The Sunday delivery driver lies. Not once has he made my Amazon Sunday delivery that I pay extra for. Instead he says attempted delivery and unavailable, yet my business is open all day with hours posted on the door and a steady stream of guests entering. He probably just goes to lunch!
Worst post office ever - they never show for our daily pick ups and always have an attitude when you call and say they don't want to speak to you and hang up!
