Good, old fashioned customer service!
Customer service always tries to greet me by saying hello when I walk in, which is quite nice. The store is kept pretty clean and has a large variety of products, ranging from kitchen utensils to workshop and lawn tools. Only complaint is some items seem to be a bit pricey compared to other hardware stores. Overall nice, convenient store that has most hardware needs and many home and kitchen products.
Very helpful personnel. They are friendly and ready to help at any time. It's well stocked, including a great selection of power tools. I like their hardware aisles where I find a great selection too. It's convenient though prices are on the expensive side compared with the large chains. The store is very clean and well illuminated and it's right at Bloomfield avenue.
Has lots of stuff, helpful manager, and nothing is orange, if you know what I mean.
Great hardware store. Friendly staff. They have a lot of things you just can't find in the big box stores.
